Welcome to the web site of the Vincent Persichetti Society

Vincent Persichetti (1915-1987) was one of the most prolific composers of the 20th century, writing music for a wide variety of media including orchestra, chorus, band, keyboard and individual instruments. The Vincent Persichetti Society's purpose is to broaden awareness of this composer's music and promote the performance, research and recording of his works.
